At Khang Khoom, we truly value your support. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at customerservice@khangkhoom.com — we’re available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM.


🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer exchanges or store credit only — no refunds.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of your return request being approved.

  • All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

  • Include your order number and reason for return/exchange when emailing us.

  • Refunds/store credit are issued based on the product and taxes only. We do not provide refunds for shipping costs. 

We do not offer returns or exchanges after the 7-day window.


📏 Incorrect Sizes

  • Please carefully read all sizing and product descriptions before placing your order.

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect size purchases.

  • Exchanges will only be offered if the requested size is in stock.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for size-related exchanges.

If you’re unsure about sizing, email us before ordering — we’re happy to help.


🚫 Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  1. Discounted or sale items

  2. Accessories, jewelry, xauv, craft supplies, All if any décor, Kawm and Instruments

  3. Pre-orders, custom items, or personalized orders

Please ensure your order details and sizing are accurate before payment is submitted for any final sale items.


🧵 Handmade Product Disclaimer

All of our products are handmade, which means:

  • Items may have slight variations or small imperfections.

  • No two items will be 100% identical.

  • Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting and material differences.

We do our best to maintain consistent quality, but by purchasing handmade items, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.


📬 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

  • If your return is denied due to wear, damage, or not meeting our conditions, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost to receive your item back.

📦 Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Khang Khoom is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly in these cases. Still, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to assist where we can.


❌ Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it ships.

  • Once the order is dispatched, our standard return/exchange policy applies.


🚫 Out of Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock:

  • We’ll notify you via email.

  • You may choose a replacement item, or we’ll cancel and refund the out-of-stock item(s).

  • The rest of your order will be shipped as scheduled.
