We operate Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays.

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on Fridays are typically shipped out the following Monday.

We currently ship to Canada. International delivery times vary by destination and typically take between 7–21 business days.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

The shipping fee shown at checkout is final and non-refundable.

Shipping charges are collected with your order at the time of purchase.
📍 Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order ships.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make address changes.
🧳 PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.

Express courier services (e.g. FedEx, UPS) are not available for these locations.
⚠️ Out-of-Stock Items

If any item in your order is out of stock, we will:

Offer you the choice of a replacement, refund, or store credit for the missing item

📦 Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

🚫 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at customerservice@khangkhoom.com.

We will contact the carrier to investigate and work with you on a resolution.
📦 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

Refuse the delivery if possible and notify us immediately

If already delivered, take clear photos of the packaging and contents, and contact us within 48 hours

We will assess the situation and determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival in your country.

These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, the package will be returned to us at your expense. You will receive a refund for the item(s) minus the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔁 Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any reshipping fees for exchanges.

If returned items are damaged, worn, or outside our return window, they will not be accepted, and return shipping will be your responsibility.
