Store Policy:
1. Discounted/sale items are final and cannot be return or exchange.
2. All accessories, xauv, jewelries, craft supplies, decor and instruments are final sale and cannot be return or refund. We only accept exchanges or store credit. All exchanges must be at equal or higher value. Customers are responsible for price differences in higher value items. All items will not be 100% perfect nor identical during manufacturing process. Product colors may differ slightly between each item. Please contact us if there are any issues with your order.
3. All pre-orders, custom orders etc.. are final sale and cannot be refund, exchange or return. Please check and make sure you send all the correct sizes and order details to Khang Khoom prior to submitting payment.
4. We are not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages during shipments. Please contact our customer service at customerservice@khangkhoom.com for any questions or concerns.
5. All items listed on our website are handmade items. All handmade items may have discrepancies and will not be 100% perfect. We do our best to ensure quality control on all our items up to our standards. However, in some instances there may be discrepancies we cannot account for.
Exchanges/Returns/Store Credit:
We offer store credit or exchanges within 7 days after delivery. We do not provide refunds. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Any contact made after 7 days will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please state your order number and your reasons for an exchange/return/store credit.
Purchasing incorrect sizes returns/exchanges:
Please read measurements and details listed in the description prior to purchase. We will not provide refunds to incorrect size purchases made by customers. Customers are responsible for ensuring provided measurements/sizing will fit their means prior to purchase. We will only provide exchanges granted; we have the available sizes in stock. Return/exchange due date:
If returns/exchanges are accepted, customers will have 5 days to send the return items back to Khang Khoom from the accepted date. The exchanges/returns will be forfeited if returns are pass due date. If applicable, payments will be refunded once all return items have been received by Khang Khoom. Please email tracking and proof of mail date to customerservice@khangkhoom.com
Returns/exchanges conditions:
Return/exchange items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Must be in the same condition you received it. Upon inspection, if your exchange items show visible signs of damages, or worn, your exchange items will be rejected for any exchanges/store credit.
Returns/Exchanges shipping costs:
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs to and from Khang Khoom. If your returns are inspected and rejected for any reasons, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Items Out Of Stock:
We will inform customers of out of stock items. If an item is out of stock, you may choose a replacement or we will cancel, refund the out-of-stock item(s) and dispatch the rest of the order.
