Khang Khoom provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions.

We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to inconsistencies of various monitors, lighting sources, digital photography and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. All handmade items, accessories, xauv, jewelries, craft supplies, decor and instruments are final sale and cannot be return or refund. We only provide store credit or exchanges. In the event that there is a concern with your order, please contact us. All items will not be 100% perfect without flaws nor identical to the example photos. Color processing may differ slightly between each item. Please contact us if there are any issues with your order.

Only one coupon per transaction is allowed. Combined coupons are not accepted and will be forfeited otherwise.

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

All items purchased from Khang Khoom are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

However, Khang Khoom does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Khang Khoom itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to exchange/store credit it in unused condition.

The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
